Building Management and Care taking Services

Douglas Wright Pty Ltd has a team of experienced building managers.  We can tailor the Management service to suit all needs. Our services are available to any size strata scheme, residential or commercial.  We provide the following options:-

• Live in Building Management
• Live off site Building Management
• Caretakers, either living on site or off
• Part time building Management
• Remote Building Management

The range of duties carried out is clearly defined on entering into any agreement. We would generally manage the day to day events, contractors, security, asset management and maintenance, obtaining quotations, implement improvements, oversee capital works, be available to all owners and occupants, attend meetings, circulate reports to name a few. Currently we are operating our management duties on a computerised maintenance management software called 'MEX'.
