Lyn Wright is the Managing Director of all three companies and has had 17 years experience in building management and the cleaning industry. Beginning with starting a small business that serviced strata complexes and serviced apartments Lyn now employs a team of 68 including building managers, cleaners and various other personnel with varying qualifications and abilities.


Lyn is an experienced building manager and team leader; she has developed systems and procedures specifically for building management. Lyn is meticulous about presentation of property and record keeping requirements; she is a ‘hands on’ operator with all contracts. Lyn is a member of the Institute of Strata Title Association and the National Community Titles Institute.



Di Duggan is the General Manager of all three Companies and oversees the Building Management department and the chute cleaning side of the business. With over 15 years of experience in the successful management of commercial and residential buildings Di enjoys getting to know and understand the buildings operations and helping the Executive Committees meet the needs and expectations of the residents of each building. Di is known for her effective communication, customer service and efficient problem solving as her top priorities. 



Gus Mann is head of cleaning operations. Gus carries our regular and routine cleaning inspections for the core cleaning contracts for Douglas Wright and Car Park Cleaning Services.  Gus has been in the cleaning industry for over 25 years and is a well known and respected in the cleaning industry for his expertise and knowledge of processes and methods. Gus is constantly look at ways to improve methods and efficiency of all cleaning operations.



Ian Andrews is our in house maintenance manager. Ian has extensive knowledge and practical experience in general building maintenance with strengths in many areas including communications. Ian takes pride in his workmanship and is one of the old fashion trades person, he cleans up after himself! Ian will work through methodically to resolve maintenance issues any building may be experiencing. 



Paul Choi is and experienced building manager/caretaker and is a  permanent staff member working at Five Dock and assisting Di Duggan. Paul is a valued member of the management team and has quickly earned the reputation of being hard working with an eye for detail and is also an experienced handyman. 



Maureen Taylor is our accounts payable and receivable lady and is also a certified MYOB consultant. Maureen is responsible for the accurate and prompt processing of accounts and reconciliations.



James Dee heads our gardening division and is an experienced, hardworking gardener with flair and vision. James has a horticulturist on his team and will develop and implement a programmed maintenance schedule to suit your buildings budget.
